Mr. Suketu Kumar

Mr. Suketu Kumar

Head of Programme – Environment & Ecology, Skilling, and Financial Literacy

Mr. Suketu Kumar has done his MBA from XIM – Bhubaneswar and engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalay. He has a total experience of 19 years, of which he spent the last 12 years in ICICI Venture (private equity). His role in ICICI Venture had been to participate in fundraising activities – both domestic and international, lead and make investments, to manage the investments and help portfolio companies grow profitably. Suketu has invested in structured investments, minority investments as well as buy-outs. Prior to this he has gained experience in various roles comprising, debt / structured finance, mergers & acquisitions, consulting and operations during his stints with IDFC Ltd., Reliance (ADAG), PwC and HFCL.

In his current role at ICICI Foundation, Suketu synergises with the Operations Team and looks after environment, skilling and financial literacy programs and enhancing the impact.

Head of Programme – Livelihoods, Integrated Rural Development Programme, and Digitisation

Mr. Suhas Nayak is a seasoned development and management professional with over 25 years of work experience in Retail Banking Sales and Operations. He has been working with ICICI Bank where he managed large-scale banking sales & operations including overseeing the business side of operations and profit & loss of a vast network of 15,000+ ATMs. He also excelled in managing mortgage collections and played a key role in SME business generation across 4,500 bank branches. His responsibilities also extended to heading the business sales & operations, audit and compliance, and stakeholder management in Maharashtra for the Bank.
After successfully managing at ICICI Bank, he embarked on a new journey of sustainable socio-economic development by joining ICICI Foundation. He started as a program head for ICICI Academy for Skills and Financial Literacy Program, which focuses on empowering youth with vocational training relevant to market opportunities, skill-building, knowledge and decision making.
In his current role, Suhas heads Livelihoods & Integrated Rural Development Program, focusing on empowering village communities sustainably. Additionally, he also heads digitisation, overlooking the digitising of operational functions and the systems.

Mr. Venkatesh B K

Head of Operations – East and South Zone

Mr Venkatesh B K, is an adept Development Professional with 27 years of experience. He started his professional journey with the MYRADA, a pioneer South Indian NGO involved in Rural development sector.
He then moved to LabourNet Services India Pvt Ltd as Regional Manager to look after the skilling program for the southern region.
With his expertise in skilling & natural resource management, and passion for designing and implementing rural livelihoods, he joined ICICI Foundation in 2017 as the Zonal Head.
In his current role, he is the Head of Operations for South and East Zone and also takes care of forest initiatives as a focus area under environment and ecology program at ICICI Foundation.

In his current role, he is the Head of Operations for North and West Zone and overlooks border villages as a focus area under social interventions.

Mr. Vineet Rungta

Mr. Vineet Rungta

Head – Finance, Procurement, and Healthcare

Mr. Vineet Rungta, has been with ICICI Group since May 2003. Vineet’s experience in ICICI Bank spans the Treasury domain covering asset-liability & interest rate risk management for international branches/subsidiaries, implementing framework for monitoring risks, etc. He has worked on roll out of the skill development initiatives and managed the operation. In August 2010, he got associated with the CSR initiatives of ICICI Bank to pursue his interest in corporate philanthropy. Vineet commenced his career with E&Y in 1999 and worked in their Banking & Financial Services vertical, including a short stint in USA.

In his current role, Vineet is responsible for partnerships, procurement, infrastructure, finance, healthcare and other initiatives/ projects of ICICI Foundation.
