By using or otherwise accessing Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and transfer of your Information by ICICI Foundation as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information includes, without limitation, the following categories of personal data that we may collect or otherwise process:
a. Full Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, Gender, Location/ City, Education.
You must ensure that all Information that you provide us with is accurate, up-to-date, and true. ICICI Foundation is not responsible for any errors, discrepancies, or inaccuracies in the Information you share with us. When you use Services, we make best efforts to provide you with the ability to access and correct inaccurate or deficient Information, subject to any legal requirements.

We are required to collect Information to provide you with Services, to comply with our contractual obligations and applicable law. If you do not provide such Information as and when requested by us, we will not be able to perform our obligations under the arrangement we have with you or are trying to enter into with you. In this case, we may have to cancel or limit your access to Services (or part thereof).
We use different methods to collect Information from and about you, including through:
(a) Direct interactions: This includes Information you consent to give us when you use Services or when you interact with us, including when you:
(i) use the Services or carry out other activities in connection with Services;

(b) protect or defend Us or our affiliates’ rights, interests or property;
(c) protect the interests of ICICI Foundation, its affiliates, members, constituents, or of other persons.
The Beneficiaries shall not disclose to any other person, in any manner whatsoever, any information of a confidential nature relating to ICICI Foundation or its affiliates that is obtained in the course of availing the Services. Failure to comply with this obligation shall be deemed a serious breach of the terms herein and shall entitle ICICI Foundation and its affiliates to terminate the Services.
ICICI Foundation will limit the collection and use of Information to a need-to-know basis ICICI Foundation may collect, compile, and share any and all Information with third parties (including our affiliates and successors), subject to suitable confidentiality obligations and in accordance with our instructions, in order to render the Services to you and to enable us to provide you information about the Services. Such third parties may include, but not be limited to, service professionals, vendors, social media companies, third-party service providers, storage providers, data analytics providers, consultants, lawyers, and auditors.

ICICI Foundation complies with applicable laws in respect of the storage and transfer of Information. As a part of your use of Services, the Information you provide to us may be transferred to and stored in countries other than the country you are based in. This may happen if any of our servers are from time to time located in a country other than the one in which you are based, or if one of our vendors, partners, or service providers is located in a country other than one you are based in. Please note that your financial data is only stored on systems located in India.
8. Security of Customer Information
ICICI Foundation endeavours to safeguard and ensure the security of the Information using appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorised access, and follow standards prescribed by applicable law. ICICI uses 128-bit encryption for the transmission of Customer Information, which is currently the permitted level of encryption in India. When Customer Information is not transmitted through such encryption, the Customer’s system (if configured accordingly) will display an appropriate message ensuring the best level of secrecy for the Customer Information.
The Customer agrees to cooperate with ICICI Foundation in order to ensure the security of the Customer Information, and it is recommended that the Customer necessarily chooses their passwords carefully such that no unauthorised access is made by a third party. To make the password complex and difficult for others to guess, the Customer should use a combination of alphabets, numbers and special characters (like !, @, #, $, etc.). The Customer should not disclose their password to anyone or keep any written or other record of the password such that a third party could access it.
9. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you of the changes through our Services or through other means such as email. To the extent permitted under applicable law, by using our Services after such notice, you consent to updates made to this Privacy Commitment.
